These are the settings you should have in place for secure connections with the mail server.

| Username / Password | Username and Password used to check your email |
To find the server settings from an existing account in Outlook (desktop client) :
Click File > Account Settings >Server Settings
Review your settings
Screenshot below shows settings for POP3 Incoming Mail
If you are using IMAP , make sure your Port is "993"
Click the drop down link for "Outgoing mail" to review your SMTP Outgoing mail server settings
When you have reviewed or changed any of these settings to match these instructions, click NEXT and Outlook will verify the settings by sending a test email.
