To help us locate the exact page where the problem is occurring we need the web address or URL of that particular page.
Please navigate to the problem page using your menu then copy the web address you see in your Browser's address bar and paste it into the reply email and send it to us.
This is an example of your address bar and the web address:
To copy the web address, first select it with your mouse so that the text of it is fully highlighted.
On your keyboard, press CTRL-C (the keyboard shortcut for Copy). On a Mac use Command-C. This copies it to the Clipboard.
Then paste that URL into an email to us using CTRL-V (Windows Insert/Paste) or Command-V (for Mac).
Also let us know any other steps we need to take to reproduce the problem.
